A friend commented that we love Thailand.  That we (seem) to be going back and forth there often.  Indeed, we do.  Let's face it, there are many things one can do when in Thailand.  There are the affordable shopping.  There are many decent massage and spa.  There are, if you are into hot and spicy, good cheap food.  There are long stretched of their local pasar malam (night markets) at almost every major roads.

Hotels, and the new kids-on-the-block serviced apartments, in Bangkok are everywhere.  Prices are so competitive that it can make it hard which would be the better one to stay in.  Most of them even throw in with free breakfast, evening free cocktail hours, wi-fi, mini kitchenette and some a washer-dryer machine inside the rooms.

Public transport is easily accessible and very much convenient to move around within the capital.  The sky walk along the Bangkok Mass Transit System (BTS), or informally known as the SkyTrain, make it very convenient to shelter from the sun and rain.  Most of these BTS stations are conveniently located at major shopping centers.  So are Bangkok Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) (or sometimes referred as the Bangkok Metro).

Often, our souls seems to embrace tranquility in Thailand.  It can be a day just stuck in the hotel and a short distance walk for lunch and dinner, yet the atmosphere can fill me with somewhat a spiritual retreat.  Yes, undeniably, it is a holiday but the feeling is far beyond relaxation.  It is, for me, a trance like feeling of serenity.

We love the energy there.  It may not be clean and public hygiene is still a long way to improve yet there is something beautiful about it.  We love the slow pace of life even in the capital Bangkok.  Generally, the Thais are courteous and gentle people.  One observation of how one Thai would help another to carry things in a crowded train really touches my heart.  Such behavior is very common in their crowded trains.  It is one behavior that I have not seen a long time back at home.

Anticipated to celebrate Reiki Sanctuary's third anniversary, we braved ourselves to visit Thailand again recently.  Despite all our family and friends fear for us due to the Thailand Flood, we felt safe to travel.  Indeed, all their fears were self-organized mitigation.  There were no floods while we were there though there were lots of sandbags stood around.

And even the MRT stations are taking the extra pre-caution.  The closure of some entrances of these MRT stations made our short-cut walk to our hotel impossible during our stay.

As usual, it seems a blessing whenever we check-in the hotel, that we will be upgraded to a better room the next day.  We are very grateful and will continue to count our blessings.

Our last stay at Furama Xclusive Asoke was no different.  We had previously twice stayed at another chain, Furama Xclusive Sathorn.  Furama Xclusive Asoke was a business hotel and all their rooms did not furnish with dining area and mini kitchenette.  It situated right in Sukhumvit road surrounded with commercial buildings.  Sathorn, on the other hand, was a family-oriented hotel.  It had different types of rooms, available from a simple superior to deluxe with full kitchen.

An hour after we checked-in, while on the way out and passed the reception counter, the staff who checked us in asked whether we liked the room.  We knew there were bigger rooms.  It was her kind gesture to ask that question but we took advantage to ask for an upgrade.  Our complaint was the bed did not have two side tables.  We were surprised that she looked into the possibility to move us.

That evening when we came back, a bigger room awaited with delight for us.

I am always impressed, here with this hotel and its chain, how the house-keeper would 'origami' the cloth runner to beautify the bed.

There are two shower areas.  One is the standing shower (just opposite the WC area) and another at the reasonably big and deep bath tub.

We left Bangkok safe.  We departed with our prayers for the capital and her people.

It’s the depth of the passion not the name of the faith that matters.




On 22nd September, I was told by a wise friend to 'run the (Ascension) Energy for at least twenty-one days' after he sent me the distant attunement.  I documented it here - "Have You Woken Up?"

And, on 7th October, I had a call from a highly spiritual Japanese friend invited me to attend his talk on the topic 'Please Be God'.  Though I didn't attend, due to prior engagement, I resonated with what he was going through.  Intention matters, especially of the period that we are going through now, on his timely call with the larger message.

"Going With The Flow"

Now is the time that we have to celebrate our accomplishments.  Our collective knowledge.  Our undertaking wisdom.  These beautiful aspects of Humans are ready to participate to increase the compassion level of life.  We are ready to do something amazing for our planet and for our souls.

So, what is it that we are going through now?

One may think that the days are just another day; that time continues to travel and the seasons remain unchanged.  That, there are still the usual joys and pains.  That, there are still the usual struggles.  That, even when peace and joy do happen, they are fast gone.  Humans are still who they are to be, in a mixed bag of emotional high and low.  There are still new born babies and there are still souls passing on, or death.  Life is still life.

Here, and for the record, I am not associating the current situation with reference to 21.12.12 (of Nostradamus prediction 2012) nor is it about the predicted phenomenon based on the Mayan calender.  We can ask questions, and perhaps get some answers too, and speculate.  Yet, what is happening around us now has impacted on the way we want to live.  On the quality of life that we strongly desire.

Based on the Mayan, 2012 is predicted with apocalypse.  There are many debates on it leaving several possibilities open to interpretation.  What it may hold, there are transformative events leading to its critical mass energy it carries.  Anyone of them could be real.  All of them could be wrong.  Nevertheless, the prophecy has us all gripped in a psychological fear and preparation.

For one, the New Age has seen transitional advances.  There are now more and more awareness about Mother Earth and its inhabitants undergo.  There are more spiritual consciousness and transformation.  People are generally seeking for higher peace.  They are no longer contented with peace but bliss.  Joy should provide with deep conditions of happiness and contentment.

We are compelled to advance and being negative is no longer a choice.  We do not need this emotion any longer.  It will not serve us well.  Negative words, negative thoughts, negative actions and reactions are strenuous and dangerous.  From the cosmic perspective, such energy filter out the God that we already are.

Yet, for what is more interesting and scientific, NASA claims that there will be polar shift in 2012.  In fact, It is written that the Earth's magnetic field has flipped in 2001.  This fact only confirms about the works done by Angelic Magnetic Master Kryon.

The time is now upon us to create our next step.  The need for answers, which is part of human desire, will continue to be told.  In this consciousness, we embrace on The Ascension.  We are now asked to empower all the knowledge that we have acquired.  The knowledge that we have had hungered for.  We have to think large; the larger the better.

We are to use the knowledge to expand our wisdom.  We are to embrace it and internalize all through our words and actions.  We just have to live with the new knowledge.  We should not just shelve it for later, for some other time.

Right now, at this Ascension, it is about acknowledging any awakening on our consciousness, its knowledge and its limitations.  It is about writing and telling our story to where it belongs.  All that we have is our potential based on Human Consciousness and the changing new energetic vibrations around us.  We get to decide on who, what and how we want life to be.  The choice, as always, is yours.

We have actually become aware of what should be the right thing.   Be aware of it. The right thing to live for and the right thing to live with.  What is it that we want shall be our potential to carry it on forward.  Each one of us will be coded differently.  Each one of us will have different strength and the different resolutions to bring forward.

"Under The Silver Lining"

The Ascension today is about making the right choice.  Humans are free to do whatever they choose based on their consciousness that is developed by their own vibrations.  However, one has to stay focus to create positive vibrations.  We now need to know, which we should by now, what are these positive vibrations.  What these vibrations can do to change the wind of birth.  What these vibrations are no longer an illusion for something greater and achievable.

On a personal note, so much have happened since.  I feel that the floodgates have opened to enrich my soul.  It has provided me with a path to be who I want to be.  The same people who mistrusted me now find comfort in me.  It is the same people that allow me to exercise my compassion.  It is the same people that push pull about knowing myself.

There are many other ascension stories to be told.  I witness the fruition of great sweetness and some stories are beyond comprehension.  It is the power of the time we live today that generates the options.  If only each one of us pause to smell the rose and take the finest mind to observe, we have come into The Ascension.

In creating that awareness for your Ascension, observe the changes that have taken place, within and around you..  Observe the way your heart feels.  Observe the way you observe at events, at your own actions and reactions and then at others.  Check whether your observation is towards compassion, or is it still filled with judgement.

Importantly, observe the words we use.  Do we encourage or discourage others?  Do we congratulate and appreciate when there is accomplishment and success?   Or, do we feel threatened or short-changed whenever our knowledge, our idea or our success is robbed away?

Measure your dominant thoughts.  Are they always filled you with anger, frustrations and disappointments?  Or they are overflowed with love and compassion?

How much do you want to share what you have learned?  How much do you want to give what you have reaped?  The Ascension is limitless and one should not hold any thought to think that it is selfish to give away or to be shared.  Be it an idea, or a knowledge or that secret method for success.


Only when you are able to take charge of your feeling above feelings, it is good to be finally home.  It is good to celebrate life knowing that we are all home.  What is left is for us to live with the new story that each have created.

The Orderlies of Abundance

Today, 20th October, marks your third year.  How time flies, indeed.  How time flies when we are just happy to be with you.  To be in, and with, your comfort.  To be in, and with your, love.  How you shelter us unconditionally.  In health and in sickness.  Granting us patience, tolerance and understanding.  How you fill our soul with lessons, with wisdom and with the courage to live.

There's Light and Dark In All Of Us

Thing is, we are grateful for our souls in this marriage.  We enter the sacred space into the mystery which is the awareness of one another's presence.  We just have to remind each other with respect and remind ourselves of what brought us together.

You give us the gentleness and kindness.  You are marked by abundance and delight.  You provide us the quality of life.

Even when there are difficulties and fears assail within us, as these vibes threaten all relationship and all lives at one time or another, you make us to focus on what is right and not only the part which seems wrong.  It is this wisdom that we ride out the storms when the clouds hide the face of the sun in our lives.

You, beloved Reiki Sanctuary, make us to remember that the sun is still out there.

In Loving Memory ...

It seems that we are often greeted with missed chances.  That our time to meet, for the last few months, have not been favourable.  Yet, we both know that we are not going to regret on these missed opportunities.  They are there for a reason.  We just have to honour the subtle synchronicity .

For all that are missed, for all that are written in the Universal co-incidence, one thing remains unchanged.  We still have all the shared sweet memories right here in our heart.  We still treasure you as a good friend.

You will always be remembered, Susan Ho.

Today, as we received the sad news of your passing, our hearts are filled with sorrow.  Yet, we know that you are surrendering for the highest good.  To a home that will house you in peace and in comfort.  Free of all the pain.

We will always remember you as  one dear friend, Susan.  We will always remember you as one tough individual who believes in doing the right thing.  You had lived a courageous life.  You cared your loved ones dearly.

Today, all your friends are in prayers.  Today, all your loved ones are in prayers.  You, our dear friend Susan, will always be remembered.   May you rest in peace.

Invest in your spiritual growth.  True spirituality is inclusive, embracing others. It is true wealth.


It is said that our body language tells all kinds of stories.  It signals fragments of our moods, our emotions and, in some instances, our silent unspoken thought.  It is a communication without words yet all the body actions, gestures and expressions carry subliminal messages.  It tells a story from our subconscious mind which would normally be associated with particular habits, behaviours and attitude. 

This non-verbal communication sends out significant expressions that become the story, our life story.  It is a sensory modality used to modify meaning and convey emotions.  It is a non-verbal frequency code, a para language, producing from the universal language of the mind, consciously or unconsciously.

From the way we sit, the way we stand, the way our body reacts to how and when our hands move - these sequences that combine from the various ways following the pattern of our thoughts and emotions, documents the non-verbal words to become our life story.  Stories are told from body posture, facial expressions to our pitch, volume and intonation of speech.

Amazingly, body language produces waves of colors too.  These colors change depending on the tone and emotion that are emitted with each body actions, gestures and expressions.  Gentle tone and emotion emit subtle earth tone colors of yellow, green, blue, brown, gray and white.  Whereas a strong tone and emotion whirl with fiery colors of red, dark oranges, dark gray and dark brown.

Inasmuch the body language is a subtle and unspoken language of human communication, the state of a house tells another kind of stories.  A story of the soul, a representation of our earthly lives.  Of our mindset on the way we think, the way we perceive things and the values that we live by.  Of how people come together to bring hope, courage, inspiration and love around the community.

Everything around our home environment mirrors our inner self.  It reflects how free spirited, or clouded, the mind and soul are.  It speaks volume about the consciousness of the mind of the dweller.

From how we decorate it and the color of the walls we choose, how we place certain items at certain places to how much we take care of its neatness and cleanliness.  The painting that we choose to hang in certain area in the house, the ornaments that we place on our bedside table and the color we choose for the bedroom, these signify the language of our soul.

"Language of the House Soul"

(The story here, sitting in a Dining Room which is also the Health and Unity Grid [of Tibetan Geomancy] in Reiki Sanctuary, is about enjoying harmony in complexity.  It is about achieving a desire to bond, to communicate, to embrace with gentleness with all the sensitivity of issues of life.  It is about to be able to focus in meaningful issues surround life and to enhance on the healthy state of Being.)

Many messages, many life stories, are told just from the ways the decoration in the house are placed.  A house carries integrity of those who live within it.  It reflects the personality and attitude, basically grouped as our core value.  It is said that you can tell a lot about a person by how he decorates the house.

It creates the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energies that carve out the landscapes of our lives.  It places the soul of soul, the mindset to be filled with motivational life values and the fruition, for love of life, for love of self, for love of others and for love of all the living and non-living things.

I always like to observe the state, the condition and all the surroundings in a house.  How seriously the dweller respects it.  How seriously the dweller treats it.  How the dweller takes pride to call it a home, or it is just a place to sleep.  On the pride of how things are organized.  On the behaviors of the dweller to interact with a particular area.

It is interesting to hear the reasons the dweller cares little to tidy up things.  Or why cleanliness and neatness are important.  The reasons the house can just be left to accumulate clutter.  Or why creating Law of Vacuum is the order of the day.  Why a stained cup can be left laying unwashed and the dirty linens can be everywhere around the house.  Why the beds are not done.  Why the floors are not mopped.  Why a stain can still be a stain few days later.

How do these attitudes become so casual?  How, above and beyond survival utility, we grasp our ability to make things important - the worthy of appreciation, time, energy, effort and sacrifice.

The soul of the house carries within itself specific energy that vibrates with the souls of the inhabitants, the dwellers.  This energy - the Yin Yang, heightens its Universal Power only when both the internal (the home) and external (the building) are in harmony.

While the interior decoration speaks volume about the people living within the house, the structure of the building (or the house) aligns itself with the Universe.  In Tibetan Geomancy, a house consists of nine grids which reveal how each area is connected to specific aspects of Life.  In each grid, there is a specific energy frequency that works in partnership with the Law of Attractions and Vibrations.  Together, the decorations and these grids form the geometry.

I have spent many years to understand the algorithm mechanics of these grids.  At how energies can just spring.  At how harmony can be invited.  How a space can be sacred.  How foundation can be anchored.  How abundance can be Just Is.  How the bad energies are generated.  

Started with great scepticism, I have started to see great validation and accomplishments.  To apply the concept of Tibetan Geomancy, think of the house as the Heaven on Earth and the inhabitants as the human cobweb.  Each must work with each other to form partnership to create values.

While we cannot change the structure of Nature - the sun will rise in the East and it sets in the West, the values that we put in inside the house will make the difference.   It is the balance to keep the Yin-Yang in harmony.  It is giving a heightened sense of well being and vitality.  Expansion of core value gives a greater sense of well being, authenticity and connection to the Universe.

The Universe is a portal of great abundance with no boundaries and limitless.  Hence, we need to provide direction for this abundance to enter into the house, into our lives.  We have to create the door-way, we have to create the values.  Values do not exist in nature.  We will never see a signage in the sky (say) a heart's contentment, a successful career, or pile of money.  All of these Universal Abundance is imposed by innate human to create it.

3-Room HBD Flat

There is lack in relationship that can cause in difficulty in finding a love mate or problems in existing relationship.  What the dwellers get will not be what they need or want.

3-Room HDB Flat

Abundance, in the form of wealth and prosperity, is in order.  There is always sufficient (more than enough) cash flow.  Abundance does not stagnate and comes with just a little hard work.

4-Room HDB Flat

Often, there is a limit in the ability to learn, make wise decisions and to improve.  There would always be ideas but, somehow, they are just a scattered desire.

There is unity and family harmony here.  More than often, the dwellers are health conscious and there is always a meaningful central focus in life.

5-Room HDB Flat

There are blocks to the flow to support life.  Often, the dwellers feel like they are 'living alone'.  It also inhibits plans to travel or move home.

There is hardship with prosperity and fortunate blessings.  Cash flow is often clogged to cause overall financial situation to stagnate and make it hard work to create abundance in life.

There is excitement with fame and reputation.  There is big supply with enthusiasm, passion and inspiration.

Often, the dwellers tend to experience blocks in creativity, struggle in bringing projects to fruition and difficulties in relationships with younger people and children or people working for the dwellers
