Welcome To Reiki Sanctuary, The Blog

The Voices of My Soul

I enjoy writing. It relaxes me.
It makes me to take charge to nurture my mind and spirit.
It is far better than the burden of thinking and talking.
Writing is self discovery. Writing is a way towards my self-conviction:
I Become What I Think About. The Me I See, The Me I Will Be.

My writings are my way to communicate with the Universe.
They are my expressions of my inner voice. They are voices of my soul.
Often, they are about little prayers for my development, growth and well being.
Often, they are meant to shape my spirituality. [>> Click To Read More]

The Mantra of Great Compassion

The God in me greets the God in you;
for peace, for joy and for enlightenment

Disclaimer:

This writing is my personal voice.  It is not meant to imply nor, of any means, to influence in reorganizing and redirecting in the faith of God.  It is based on my own conviction, of my own experience and in its truth that is very personal.  It is how I embrace God within and how I strongly believe in His existence that has guided my ways of life thus far.

No, as many have asked me again and again, I am not a Buddhist.  Nor am I a Christian.  I respect these two and all other major religions.  I respect in the holy book, Quran to the Muslims; the Bible to the Christians and Tipitaka to the Buddhists.  For the record, I have not studied them much but enough to understand its importance and how the words of God, in all these books, can help individuals like me to lead a good life.

I am a believer of ONE God.  To me, there is this great mysterious entity that resides in the Universe.  And, he resides in all of us too.  He can be at anywhere at any given one time.  He is outside as well as inside us.  I call him God.  I like it when the word 'Allah' is used.  This word is the perfect description of the 'one god' of monotheism for Jews, Christians and Muslims.  "Allah" is the same word used by Christian Arabs and Jewish Arabs in their Bible, centuries before Islam came.

God has always been there for me, one who created me and giving me life on this Earth.  I live with a soul within the soul of His image.  I am created from His breath having both a material body and an immaterial spirit.  I am to live in His likeness mentally, morally and socially.

Mentally, I have been given a mind.  This is a reflection of God's intellect.  Morally, I have been implanted with righteousness.  Our conscience or moral compass is a vestige of God.  Socially, I am created for fellowship.  This reflects God's love.

The difference between us is huge.  While He has given me a mind to diffuse my intelligence, to use it correctly and effectively with pride and purpose, all that I have to do is to constantly remind myself to act and think like God does.  Light attracts light.  Along with the mind, He gives me the freewill to do whatever I shall deem right for my being.  He created a clone alongside my spirit, called EGO, for whom I should identify and accept and to separate between the good and evil.

I have to live my life wisely.  It is the good that attracts another good.  It is the bad that attracts another bad.  It is the light that attracts the Law of Vibration and Attractions.  It is just the order of God in wanting us to know ourselves better.  I have to live my life the way He wants it to be.  I have to learn and keep re-membering significant events to make any difference.  There is good in all things bad and there is bad in all things good.

It is important for me to be in love yet to understand what hate is.  It is important for me to be in joy yet to understand what sorrow is.  It is important for me to be wise yet to understand what ignorance is.  It is important for me to be peaceful yet to understand what violence is.  It is important for me to be positive yet to understand what negative energies can effect my life differently.

I often take a stand that God is with all of us, here and everywhere.  He does not separate us nor does He differentiate each of us.  Each of us - despite our color and race, our nationality and profession, our size and age, our intellect and language - deserves His protection and admiration.  Each of us deserves His guidance and punishment.  Each of us deserves the Heaven that He has promised.  Each of us deserves in all the beauties of this Earth.  Likewise, He does not keep away the truth about hell.

I grew up rather puzzled at our struggles.  Every major religion claims that there is one god, that this god is omnipresence.  Yet, religion has taught many of us the exact opposite.  The man, whom we call a priest, at any religious institution - be it the Church, the Mosque or the Temple, speaks of God.  Each teaches us to be good.  Each guides us to live with our moral conscience.  We, no matter what religion we are to live with, have been countlessly told to be a good person.  To love and not to hate.  To care and not to despise.  To give and not to steal.  Never that these men, from the Church, from the Mosque and the Temple, would ask us to live like a sinner.

My question, if these men truly believe in God's works and existence and where each of them spreads to us to live life morally good, is not that there is the same God that has given these men with the same wisdom?  How can we justify that one is more right than the other?  Why are their virtues of life and values sound so much alike?  The saddest thing I heard so far is when one man could say that the other man who is preaching exactly the same thing is a sinner.  That this sinner has no place in God's Heaven, in God's Temple of Spirits.

Who then is right?

Ultimately, it is about looking inward with greater understanding.  It hits me that there is one God, the same God in all churches, mosques and temples.  Men makes the division.  Perhaps, it is just the way Man has always been.  That, with our ego, we are better off taking charge to control others.  It is easier to condemn another.  History has always proven that we complicate matters better than simply to just live life.  We tend to go overboard with our thoughts and over-analyze anything that must only suit our interests.

To me, God has always been with me the whole time.  He is part of me, or rather that I am a part of him.  When I look at the way of the clouds, at the way the water flows, when I look at the flowers, when I breathe and smell the air, or the way atoms bond together to form molecules.  The way the music sounds.  the way light travels.  Every single detail of this existence we live in everyday, every person inside it.  Every atom, every form of energy, the Conscious Mind.

Me.  You.  Thought.  These are all God.  Every last thing in existence too.

Heaven, as well as Hell, are here on Earth and in our daily existence to experience.  We do not have to wait till we die to know the effects upon our acts and conscience.  We do not have to wait that long to experience God's rewards and punishments.  In our freewill, we have to make the right choice.  We have to understand what constitutes God's likeness in our mental, moral and social duties.

My passion for the Buddhist Monk's The Mantra of Great Compassion is about the soothing voices and the soothing music.  It does not matter to me what it is actually being recited.  It is always better not to know than to analyze it with fear.  It is enough for me to understand that it is about calling out the different names of Buddha.

I respect Buddha and that does not make me a Buddhist.  It is his codes and ethics of teaching that inspire me.  Then, It is enough for me to listen to this piece of music to allow his vibrations to become me.

For few of my friends who have been waiting to have this music, here it is ..

Life Mantra

The story behind every successful person lies with his conviction.  Of how he develops qualities to promote and develop his devotion towards his highest morals and responsibilities.  Of his obligation to carry forward assigned tasks to a successful conclusion.  Of how he assumes the accountable phenomenon with integrity and holds such conduct with such care.  Of a purpose to establish a perpetual bond for distinguished characteristic.

We live in a frame of existence that follows the heaven dynamic.  Where the means and methods for rising out of shadows, into deep consciousness, and match our earthly life to the descriptions of heaven.  The heaven dynamic creates a structure where no one goes without and no one is left in need.  All things created, we are souls of heaven, are addressed with our own survival and comfort.

However, the path towards the heaven dynamic is not an easy one but once such a frame is created, it is easily achievable.  To achieve creation, we have to learn to navigate.  We must be willing to make what is defined.

Since the day I attended school, I learned the importance of associating myself with the school's motto.  From the very first day, all the students - including me, were taught to develop and achieve something in life.  We were asked to convey, to think about, of becoming a unique individual.  Of something that would bring us out of our shortcomings and limitations and of something that would be achievable.

All schools, all corporate businesses, all organizations and societies promote a maxim pressing for a process. For a purpose.  For psychological mental tool to assign brief expression of collective reality of consciousness.  Much of this is considered justifiable.  In the absence of collective convergence, having a single motto draws each characteristics of all individuals together.

As individuals, what we can do is to find our strength.  Find peace within ourselves.  Find the ability to laugh at ourselves and all our foibles.  We owe it to seize the heaven dynamic to legitimize our actions that will bring peace to our future.

Having a life mantra, the purpose and motto of life, promotes the ideals of truth.  It helps to keep our goals, and purposes, alive.  It is an organization of thought not likely to be affected with the maze of everyday lives.  It is of a focused path to life.  Of an opportunity to lend our life journey to create positive changes.  Of a driving force that effects our future.  It is an accomplishment of a consolidated energy taking on an attribute, in subtle proportions, for an impetus towards a divine plan to every person's life and every situations.

We all face obstacles in life.  But these obstacles should simply be looked at as challenges that we can overcome.  Knowing our life mantra, that has a deep-seated belief within, adds light to our consciousness.  It forms the pillar for us to fall back.  It brings balance to life process and its challenges, and striving to create joy and harmony.

Many successful individuals believe that a life mantra is necessary.  It is about taking loving care of their lives through a guided motto that allows awareness with their highest self, which in turn allows to give more joy, love and wisdom.  It is about acknowledging that they are free from the limitations of time to receive opportunities and manifest miracles.  The more we believe in our mantra, the nearer we are to become what we think about [ourselves].

A mantra must be powerful words that we can express from a sacred place of love and compassion within.  We need to think about it hard enough to create a major shift within our consciousness.  We need to choose the words wisely, always with the intention to heal, learn and grow.  It does not matter if we think it would be impossible.  But, we need to look at it as a challenge that we can overcome.

A mantra is the driving force to let us become a better person.  Of allowing the future to synchronize with our desires.  Of a positive methodological conspiracy theory to lend support for one collective thought energies.  It characterizes a belief of an individual for an accomplished end, aimed at eradicating on a lifelong quest to keep evolving and growing beyond self-imposed limitations.  It is a subtle high vibrational manifestation life force energy.

I have worked with people who have a thirst for knowledge and self discovery and to let their life mantras become their guiding force.  The believers have such phenomenal successes unfolded.  Perhaps, the most contentious aspect of the success is their likely value applied in their search for meaning in life.  Once cognized, the mantra reinforces subtle influences without them being aware of the attitudes have changed.  In turn, their own attitudes become more in favour of the hidden power to influence all factors beyond human control.

Choosing a life mantra must derived from an awareness of the truth of something; have a belief or faith of a theory of fact.  This renders a comprehensible sequence of life events and there is always the hope, however tenuous, of becoming one with dignity for our own destiny.  Behind every mantra, an often unconscious but necessary affirmation, is manifested to link us in the right place at the right time.  It is all about negotiating contracts of accountability for what may, or may not, seem to serve a useful purpose in the beginning.

Everything that is repetitively affirmed will come to sense.  Everything that is nurtured conceptualizes the appropriate end results.  Everything that a mind thinks streamed the intervention with the law of attractions and vibrations.  A miracle can only happen when we think we are already living in a miracle.  Our consciousness is unlimited and unparalleled.

To do anything with life mantra, a consciousness must first be acquired.  Understanding is an important aspect of becoming enlightened.  A mantra finds solution to a problem.  That is a fact.  A life mantra is a powerful nature dynamic of an alchemical consciousness.  The moment seems to come to every individual, in his perspective, that he thinks he got it from the more he thinks about it.  A life mantra assimilates the meaning of life by committing oneself on its validity.

This, I Promise You

12 years ago, I decided to join a group for a retreat.  Spent a week away from civilization.  Away from the outside world.  It was a time, and place, of solitude.  A great deal of the days was filled with relearning about Self.  About the consciousness of the mind.  About personal sense and knowingness - in our attitudes, beliefs and sensitivities.  About the awareness within it and how the sense of self realizes into remaining awake.

While there was aplenty stream of consciousness, the one thing that changed my thinking mind was from the act to repeat simple mantra.  We were forced to memorize phrases.  We repeated them every morning, afternoon and night, day after day.  We repeated them whenever we made a conviction.  Whenever we found an insight.  Whenever we felt down.  Or up.

The more those phrases were repeated, it stimulated enormous energy.  There was great sense of propagated commitment.  There was internalized transformation.  There was light that changed the mind paradigm.

Today, I still recite them.  It is food for the mind.  This mantra, though long, recharges the thought process.  Here, I am sharing it with all my friends.  Inviting all my friends to accept it and to let it become a 'simple ritual' where you recite them in the morning.  And again, just before your zzzz at night.  I am very sure it will change your life - This, I promise you!

It is good to memorize them.  It is good, for the first few times, to read them aloud.

The Mantra:

I become what I think about.  The me I see, the me I will be.  I think, therefore I am, I do.

I think, I feel, I act to get results.  The more I act, the more I get.  The more I give, the more I get.

What I give out is what I get back.  Life is like an echo - when I shout, it yells back at me.  Life is like a boomerang - When I thow it out, it keeps coming back.

Yes, I am a choice maker.  What I choose in life, is what I get.

I think positive, I become positive.
I think negative, I become negative.
I think big, I become big.
I think small, I become small.
I think I can, I can.
I think I cannot, I cannot.

I get what I am looking for.  I found the 10 acre lot because I was looking for the 10 acre lot.

I think of hate, I become hateful.
I think of revenge, I become revengeful.
I think of fear, I become fearful.
I think of love, I become lovable.
I think of respect, I become respectful.
I think of humbleness, I become humble.

Yes, I become what I think about.
As I think in my heart, so am I.

What I can hold in my heart, I can have it in my hands.

I move in the direction of my dominant thoughts.  I am the sum total of my thoughts.  Thoughts become things.

Hard time or easy time, good time or bad time, it is up to me.
If I want to be free, it’s got to be me.

When I am unable to find tranquility within myself, it is useless to seek it elsewhere.
Where there is love, nothing is too much trouble, and there is always time.

The vision that I glorify in my mind, the ideal that I enthrone in my heart, this I will build by my life and this I will become.

I must have the vision to see my potential, and faith to believe what I see.  The courage to act with conviction, to become what God meant me to be.

As I advance confidently in the direction of my dreams and endeavour to live the life I have imagined, success will come to me unexpectedly in common hours.
