It takes me by surprise when friends start to ask whether I will honor my words about the upcoming video for Reiki Sanctuary, the third year.  I casually mentioned about it in my previous entry. 

Such reminders make me feel touched.  Collectively, it shows that there are people who really read my blog and remember what is written.  Reiki Sanctuary, the blog, has grown since 2008.  It is no longer just a home living blog but, gradually, it has become a place where I start to write about my spiritual journey too.  About my conviction and what I believe spiritually.  It has nothing to do with one religion, or my religion, but my own evolutionary perspective.

Talk to strangers. Yield to others.  The more love you give, the more love you receive. Yes, it really is that simple.



For the last two months, I had the opportunity to be invited (in my humble opinion) to create the gateway for good cause on the lives of others.  From something I dearly believed to be workable to be shared across.  Where lives could change for the better and life could never be the same again.   Where an overall well being of souls was improved.

For the last two months, I was happy to bring change to an environment, to the house of some friends.  Where, with their new faith, new dynamic energy transformed itself.  Though these people felt a little trepidation at entering into 'my world' in the beginning, through the geometric science of Tibetan Geomancy, they traversed their faith  that soon filled with beautiful and rewarding results.

My World, it is an environment surrounded with Tibetan Geomancy.  It is a world where I live with.  It is a world of heaven on earth.  It is a world of miraculous creations.  It is a world of transforming Universal wealth, and infinite abundance, right inside the house.  Inside Reiki Sanctuary where I reside, where I love and where I find joy, peace and comfort.

I am very aware of each sacred places, in its geometric forces and influences, that affects the vibrations in certain places in the house.  Tibetan Geomancy is all about that.  How each sacred places has its unique divination.  How the element of energy within a house is directly connected to the element of the Universe.  How the element of the Universe can affect the element of energy within a house.  How the logic deals with the way in which evidence is used and the conditions of evidence are valid.  Within and far beyond, it carries specific meaning and significance.  I documented My World in "The Tenet Of Soul".

I believe it is my faith that I have for Tibetan Geomancy (and hold it very dearly) that makes it to reveal the intended results.  All these years, with evidences and guidelines on the use of evidence with Tibetan Geomancy, I have never doubted its essence and attributes.  It forces and its influences.  Its powers and how they are generated.

I believe that the nine sacred elements within the geometrical chart of Tibetan Geomancy generate magnetic waves, and vibrations, which is influenced by our spiritual, emotional, mental and psychical bodies.  I believe it transcends the logic of the Universe.   As one of my friend makes this remark 'It is something just hard to explain.  It is something whether to believe or not but it is right there transformed.'

In itself, Tibetan Geomancy is very much connected with the concept of I-Ching, the Book of Changes.  It is a system of divination, cosmology and philosophy.  It centered on the idea of synchronicity - the dynamic balance, the evolution of events and acceptance of the inevitability of change.  Carl Jung, who coined on this term, described "it is about acausal connection of two or more psycho-physic phenomena".

I have been doing, and carrying out the works of, Tibetan Geomancy for more than a decade.  Personally, the best way for me to introduce Tibetan Geomancy and its enormous significance is by pointing out that it, and it alone, provides the answers.

These last two months, through the rewarding works of the Universe which I am very grateful, I have a sudden invitation from six individuals sought the wisdom of Tibetan Geomancy.  I believe it has to do with their personal growth; where each one of them is now fully awakened wanting to discern on the Universal abundance.

It is a state of their Ascension (read my blog entry - "The Ascension".)   To them, they have come to a stage in life where they now desire, upon 'waking-up' (read "Have You Woken Up?), accomplishments through the interpretation of geomantic common sense.  It is only right, for all of us, to get more than we have already had. 

It is not about greed but appreciation.  It is not about the destination but the journey.  It is not about foolishness but awareness on the vast abundance of the Universe.  It is about rightful ownership and gratitude. 

There is no reason why we should not ask for more unless there is the fear that one may overstep with the mark of Life.  It is similar to the way in which doctors examine the human body in particular, from the point of view of what makes it sick and what makes it healthy.  Like the doctors, Tibetan Geomancy looks at all the elements to see how each energy can create and re-create.

The one common thing that we all like, that we are all connected with Tibetan Geomancy is the subtraction of fears.  There is no irrationality.  There is no superstition.  Tibetan Geomancy woks on the positive charges of energy, of thoughts without attracting the elements of superstitions.

With the elimination of such negative forces and influences, Tibetan Geomancy is all about enhancing divination on earth.  It is about raising positive vibes and treating all things being equal, good and those not so good.  It is about empowering our divinity in partnership with the science of the sand.  What is important is our prayers, our intent and our faith.

This writing is about celebrating the lives of these six people who have come to me.  This writing is about celebrating the rewards of their faith.  This writing is about an acknowledgement of partnership.  This writing is about what Tibetan Geomancy has influenced  their lives and the reason for its Just-Is.

Friend (A)

Friend (A) is the most eager of the group.  She wants change, for her and her family.  Somehow, she is now awakened with intuition for something good to happen but just not sure where to begin.

She internalizes Tibetan Geomancy.  She has faith in it.  Immediately after my sharing, she takes charge.  She goes around to clean up clutters in her house religiously.  She becomes conscious of her own thoughts, her life and cause and effect.  She dons her house with meaningful intent.  Basically, she allows her soul to be in partnership with the forces and influences of all the sacred spaces in her house.

Two days later, she receives the rewards (and counting):

01.  Her husband, out of the blue, was given substantial salary increment.  It is not the time of the year for him to be getting it.
02.  Her immediate neighbour of 18 years knocks on her door to give packets of nasi bryani.  It is unusual as the neighbour has never, all throughout the years, showing such kind gesture.
03.  Her relationship with the family has changed.  She feels there is more communication and there is more family bonding.

Friend (B)

Friend (B) is the daughter of Friend (A).  A young mother to an Angelic child, she feels her working life has come to an end.  She quits her previous job as a Nurse.  Today, she feels that she has become redundant and unemployable.

Few days after she takes charge to raise Tibetan Geomancy in her house, she receives calls.  There are job opportunities waiting for her, whenever she is ready.

Friend (C)

To me, Friend (C) has everything.  She holds good job.  She has a big house and a happy family with two young children.  Life is full of contentment.

When I asked her why she was very much interested in Tibetan Geomancy, her reply was 'Why not?  Life evolves and one should continue to find more meaning.'

Today, she is filled with more blessings:

01.  Her relationship with her immediate boss has changed tremendously.  According to her, 'We have now become friends and closer.   Surprisingly, we have started to confide with each other.'
02.  Everyone in her office, including her subordinates, is 'friendly' now.
03.  Her trading commodity is making more profits.
04.  "I feel happier these days.  I feel it."

Friend (D)

Friend (D) is funny.  When she called me to learn (and embrace) Tibetan Geomancy, she has no house yet.  She has just sold her previous flat.  "You must guide me and tell me what this Tibetan Geomancy is."  She believes that she will find a house when she puts her faith in it.

"I know I will just find on the day I start looking."  True enough, the day her house agent brought her to view houses, she found one immediately.  The price and the Cash-Over-Value were much below her initial budget.

Friend (E) and Friend (F)

These two were 'tag-along'.  As they mentioned "Time is not right yet".





Two days ago, I added an element in one area of the house.  At the same time, I bought Money Plant to hang outside Reiki Sanctuary.  I made a prayer and at the same time to prove to my partner that Tibetan Geomancy worked.

Yesterday my partner received a job offer to oversee two months project in Amsterdam.  The pay was good.  Regrettably, my partner turned the offer down.

My Momma Told Me



I grew up in an OCD family.  My grandmother had it.  My mum had it.  My sisters have it.  Admittedly, so have I.

Okay, it is not a severe disorder, probably just mild, but my family tends to emphasize (okay, we tend to be rather obsessed with) cleanliness, tidiness and neatness in every part of the house.  Not only on the exterior surface of the home but what is inside the cabinets.  What is inside the wardrobe.  What is inside the drawers.  What is in between and under the sheets.  What is underneath the sofa.  Basically, every corners of the house count.

Oh wait, before anyone jumps into a conclusion that OCD is a mental dysfunction, of an abnormal mental condition or mental illness, OCD is not a thought disorder.  It can be a blessing in disguise.  It is just how we would want to look at it; to look at it from outside the box and then to look at how others come to benefit.

OCD seems to run in families and has a strong genetic basis.  Thankfully for all in my family, the condition does not affect us into performing repetitive, excessive and ritualistic compulsions.  We don't go around eeks-eeks at everything messy [okay, maybe our body language might pass a silent remark and we may tend to tidy things a little here and there] nor washing our hands at every other seconds, or checking and cleaning, but it does make us feel uneasy when mess is the order of the house.

As much as this clean, tidy and neat mindset is a big part for us, we don't make it a rule for our guests nor do we want them to abide by our OCD syndrome.  Our guests are to enjoy the peace and the comfort.  They are in our home to soak with the vitalized energy to feel positive and recharged.

In the language of the Universe, as I was planning to write this article and without her knowledge, a friend made a comment about another OCD.  She shared with me of her experience when visiting another friend, whom she would stay with for few days, to clean her luggage bag before entering the house.  To her friend, the bag was dirty after a long road trip and die-die must be cleaned before allowing it into the house.  To me, that act was an extreme OCD.

In another instant, a friend told me the stress she was put when helping me with the washed dishes and utensils after our dinner.  Where to place them and how they should be placed.  It was comical but it did give me a realization.

Probably, my family and I are just the Pure-O OCD as there are no observable compulsions.  Our minds just tend to think (in a small degree, it is a psychological hazard) that we need to live in a clean, neat and tidy house environment.  Nonetheless, we are still the sane and rational being.  It is a win-and-take situation for those staying and living with an OCD under one roof.  For one thing, the energy and vibration in a clean environment run at an optimal best where everyone will benefit.

We have always been taught on the importance to live in a clean energy.  If we have pockets of energy that are messy and cluttered, we are loaded down.  It is like carrying excess energy that we do not need.  Metaphysically, pure energy travels from the outside inward and we must ensure that the smoothness of the flow continues.

A house and the soul is interconnected and it appears to follow an overall identity related to each other.  The basic pattern of life is a network of processes.  There is a duality that goes on all time.  There cannot be a rise in spirituality, and in abundance, when there is no corresponding element in the house we stay in.  I like to believe that the combination of a clean, tidy and neat house contributes, in large scale, towards the power to bring in myriads of abundance right at our doorstep.

There is a universal blessing when we take pride in creating a clean, tidy and neat home environment.  It just comes naturally to support the life that we wish to live.  What we have done when we keep it orderly, is that we are manipulating these universal energies to maximize benefits and empower us the potential to good health, wealth and happier life.

I am glad that my mum disciplined me on the importance of keeping a home clean and tidy.  Her principle of a place for everything and everything in its place brings an uncluttered atmosphere that makes living in Reiki Sanctuary comfortable.  Our home is the place, the soul, where we relax after a whole day of work.  It is always a good feeling to come home that is clean and organized.

A clean home is as important as our health.  It brings about a place of peace.  It has positive impact on our abundance, on our goals and an overall sense of empowerment.  Generally, those who live in neat environment are generally calmer than those who don't.  And, they are generally more successful at things they try.  Simply, just look at the homes of the rich and famous and I believe we are able to see my point.

When our home is tidy and organized, there is the inner peace that we can achieve.  We rid off the sense of panic when looking for stuff, simply because we just know where to find for it.  We take charge over our belonging and not the other way around.

The three most important areas, in the house, that my mum would be very particular were our beds, bathroom and the fridge.  My mum truly believed that a clean house will invite good house guardian, the guardian of habitation.  This guardian, when respected with everything clean and orderly, will reciprocate towards the health and harmony of the house.

We must tidy our beds and made them neat everyday. It was about to give respect to the tired soul, an integration and balance into the spiritual comfort.

The bathroom was the heart of the house.  With a clean bathroom, she would say that our hearts would be cleansed too.  It would be a reflection to our spiritual good and practices, in our relationship to God and our spiritual growth.  A clean bathroom would be the mirror for the whole house.

The fridge symbolized our gratitude that brought inner connection into our physical world while connected spiritually in abundance all the time.  To her, it was about being a part of the world but not of it.  She would never allow us to just dump things inside the fridge.  Her OCD made her to check for unwanted things in the fridge everyday.  Food was never stored in plastic bags but in containers.

Sometime in 2008, I web-logged about The Significance of Cleanliness, and pointed out the effects an individual can face when he lives in a disorganized and cluttered environment:

01.  It makes you feel tired and lethargic
02.  It keeps you in the past
03.  It congests your mind and body
04.  It brings confusion
05.  It affects the way other people treat you
06.  It stagnates your energy and into procrastination
07.  It causes disharmony
08.  It brings shame
09.  It puts your life on hold
10.  It can depress you
11.  It can create excess emotional baggage
12.  It dulls your sensitivity and enjoyment of life
13.  It makes you feel disorganised
14.  It triggers undesirable symbology
15.  It hinders abundance

To me, a clean and tidy house is like attracting my soul for all the good things that await to happen.  It is synchronizing with the Law Of Vacuum to the Law of Attractions and Vibrations.  Importantly, it is also about physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing.

I would not choose another way to live my life.  This so-called OCD, that seems to run in my family, has made me to live a comfortable lifestyle thus far.  Yes, it may be a little bit more work each day but it is, definitely, a good way to bring in healing into my soul.  As I clean and tidy up the house, it is a positive meditative reinforcement to cleanse my thoughts, my emotions and my auric fields.

And, I thankful to my grandmother, my mother and the Universe that has gifted me with it.

"Huuuuaaaaatttttt Ah!!"

Ah, can't hear you!!  Let's try again ..

HHHHUUUUAAATTTTT AHHH!!

Haha, guess I had been so free the other day.  Woke up and just refused to do anything.  Alright, there were few things accomplished - started with the usual morning ritual - coffee and toilet break.  Followed with the OCD habit of doing the bed, which is a must, and mopped the house abit, which is also another big must. 

And, out of nowhere or rather the thought was so big in my head that morning, the idea to get the Universe to recognize my existence became kinda desperate. I am still missing Ruby.  Maybe, I am still not able to 'connect' with her.  Had dreamt of her; she looked young and healthy and in most dreams, she was pangsai-ing!

May you be at peace, dear Ruby!

The idea to magnify my existence, in somewhat ways announcing, to the outside world - specifically to the Universe, mooted with doing some artwork.  I am not artistic nor was I good at drawings.  But this idea came as though the Universe was guiding me towards it.  Later that night, when a dear friend came to visit, that I realized the message.  It was a call for symbiosis - a relationship of mutual benefit and dependence.

I have always encouraged those whom I have shared Tibetan Geomancy to have some form of recognizable identity outside the house.  Something of collective aspect of the set of characteristics or distinct personality to associate with individuality or entity.  Be it their name or something to establish the condition, and quality, of personhood.  Look, all those rich and famous - they have their names engraved so big together with the house address at their main gate.  And, they become richer and lagi more famous.  Not that this is the ultimate thing to achieve.  There are just much more to life.

We live in a rich Universe filled with indescribable abundance.  And, the great news is, there is plenty for everyone.  For some, abundance invokes images of money and luxurious goods.  For others, it means having a lot of a particular thing.  Which ever we may want to define its meaning, abundance awaits you.

Abundance synchronizes with our life's circumstances.  How we define it, what our beliefs are and how we feel about our own entitlement to happiness and fulfillment.

To me, living in abundance means to live in balance for a state of true freedom and peace of mind.  Without worries and fears.  To live life as it is meant to be lived.  Yes, it is about wealth but it is also about feeling complete in every other area as well.

I feel abundant when I spend time with my loved ones.  When I watch the passing cars and the greenery outside the balcony.  When I look at the sky at night.  When I am at my computer.  When I snack or just drinking plain water.

Ok, I am digressing a little here.  It's unwise to think that the Universe needs such an identifiable thing to recognize us.  To bless us.  To fill us.  But imagine, even the bank needs proof of our identity to cash out monies to us.  Fact is, we need to be recognizable.  To be at the right place and the right time.

Only when we allow ourselves to be known, and allowing ourselves to dream big, the Universe delivers our heart's desires to flow in fullness.

Unexpected Abundance Written by : Reiki Sanctuary Date : Thursday, May 01, 2008

Law of Attractions and Vibrations - yes, that is what all our life evolve around with.  What you think about is what you become.  And, what we truly seek, is what we will get.

Making that calculated choice to be in Jurong East - we relied only on our priorities but unknown with the unexpected twist of luck, brings along with a piece of good news as announced by the National Development Ministry. 

We didn't expect that Jurong East would "undergo a transformation that could propel the estate to the forefront of the suburban property market" as reported in Sunday Times April 13.  It makes our choice a good investment for our future.

Not that we are planning to sell and make a profit - and the time allowed by HDB to sell is after five years,  but it will definitely give us a better opportunity and comfortable economic outlook for our old age. 

Property experts feel that Jurong East public flats have strong potential upside and an increase of five to 10 percent in the next two years.  Surely, when the whole Master Plan for the estate is completed, prices would increase significantly too.

When the transformation is completed, it becomes the largest commercial hub outside the Central Business Distriction and rivals Marina Bay in size.  It will outsize Tampines, now Singapore's biggest suburban commercial hub, with its size of 360ha. 

The transformation involves the building of new waterways, 1,000 private homes and 2,800 hotel rooms as well as the addition of 500,000 sq m of office space and 250,000 of retail space.

This is the least unexpected abundance that greets us so early with our plan to move.  And, there is so much to look forward.

"Hey, did you know about this before you bought your place?"

No.  We just want to be thankful that the government is doing such thing.  Indeed, we feel very fortunate.  When we purchased the unit, the property market has also softened a little.

It reminds me of the time we bought Hertford too.

"Wow, both of you are very lucky!"
"It is a good move!"

Thank you.  We are grateful for all these.  We have made some plans for our old age and one of it is to have an early retirement.  I envision that the property in Jurong East will pick up, just like Toa Payoh and Bishan, and it will make us confident to have a comfortable old age.
