Welcome To Reiki Sanctuary, The Blog

The Voices of My Soul

I enjoy writing. It relaxes me.
It makes me to take charge to nurture my mind and spirit.
It is far better than the burden of thinking and talking.
Writing is self discovery. Writing is a way towards my self-conviction:
I Become What I Think About. The Me I See, The Me I Will Be.

My writings are my way to communicate with the Universe.
They are my expressions of my inner voice. They are voices of my soul.
Often, they are about little prayers for my development, growth and well being.
Often, they are meant to shape my spirituality. [>> Click To Read More]

Take Away The Labels, Life Gets Easier To Live

Fill hate into the sub-conscious mind, you become hateful.  Fill it with revenge, you become revengeful.  Fill it with anger, you become angry.  Fill it with fear, you become fearful.  Fill it with 'I am not worth it', you become worthless.  Fill it with 'It is just wrong to (fill in the blank)’, your life shall be in denial.
As a matter of choice, when you fill love into the sub-conscious mind, you become love.  Fill it with accept, you become an accepting individuals.  Fill it with peace, you become peaceful.  Fill it with humbleness, you become humble.  Fill it with 'What I do is all good', success comes to those who truly believe it.
That's how we react to reality.  What we plant in our sub-conscious mind, when we internalize to feel on the energy of words, our body will become active creators.   Regardless of the language we speak or what we fill into the sub-conscious mind, words connect our reactions on a far deeper level.  Each word carries its own energetic vibration.  Each word has profound impact on the quality of our lives and on how we choose to live it.
Should you want a happy life, fill the sub-conscious with everything 'happy'.   Fill it with everything possible.  Any impossibility one feels is because the sub-conscious is not fed with 'I m possible'.
I believe that life is simple.  Because it is my strong conviction, the tapestry of my life continues to be woven.   This metaphor reveals itself as it unfolds in real time, that life is not always what it seems.  As in a tapestry work, when we view the back of a tapestry, it appears to be nothing more than a jumble of thread.  Just like the journey in life, it is tangled, frayed, occasionally knotted and seemingly random.  Nothing makes sense.  It is no wonder we can lose heart, give up and abandon our commitments.
It is the same as in any relationship, when life is about us to learn and to learn from each other, all unexpected turns and those up-s and down-s (which are the causes of differences).  However, when we turn a tapestry over, we see the rich colors, the texture and the patterns.  Likewise, when we focus on the good and beautiful things, that such astonishing beauty prevails.
We can choose the labels but do not let them to ruin at the beauty of life.  Instead, fill it with meaningful purpose that creates the joy to live for.  Life is simple when we make it so.  It becomes difficult when we live by someone else's judgement and yardstick.
Bottom line, just as you finished reading the next sentence, quickly can you immediately conjure with a list of what do you really want?  Any successful individuals can do it.  They just know it.  They know (the) What and they know (the) How.

We Need To Listen To The Voices Of Words

Don’t light fuses you cannot put out.  Don't say the words you cannot own them.

We should feel blessed that we are able to talk, to verbalize and communicate.  That our spirits can experience to express our thoughts and emotions.  That we are able to speak the voice of our heart as spontaneous thoughts, visions, feelings or impressions.  Question is, do we listen to the words we use when we speak?  Do we allow reckless words to pierce like a sword and not the tongue of the wise to bring healing?

Words are communicative energy.  They shape the human person of who and what we are.  They shape the quality on how we will live.  They are the sound of the heart, the vibrations of good faith within us.  They are the eyes of our heart enriching our insight.

When Words Don't Come Easy

If you wipe someone’s ass don’t complain about getting shit on your hands.

Why, when we have a higher developed brain structure, yet we stammer or stumble or forget what we want to say.  Worse, we just cannot find the right words nor phrases to express the exact feelings.  Even when we think that we find the right words, they are just not enough to express the messages of these thoughts perfectly.

I have come across with this situation often of late.  I can 'read' my thoughts internally but I stumble over my words, or phrases, out loud.  My mind comprehends the subject and that (I think) I could analyze better.  Sub-consciously, I have gotten to the point where I just do not wish to speak much because it has become a hassle.

Say Your Name, Say My Name

Every picture may tell a story - it can take just a moment to make the connection but words are a driving medium.  A medium that entails details on a single point to be made and organize everything around it.  As in pictures, words organize non-essentials into one and categorize units of measure to round off values.

They represent dynamic quantum energy.  For everything, other than the instinctual brains work, to represent the knowledge and feeling that it is experiencing and thinking about.  Every word, not all necessarily pronounceable, has a significant influence in our life and each serves very much as a container for what inside.  The multiple vibrations packed into a box as single thing to make life a lot simpler.

R-E-I-K-I  S-A-N-C-T-U-A-R-Y are two words named for our dwelling to be associated with love and, treated with, respect.  A name, after a placement decision, to save a spot for a restful home.  A nest to comfort all souls to protect, to provide and radiating freedom of our existence.  A name, lying wholly within the boundaries of another, distinctly marked off for specific purpose.  A higher purpose enclaves, within words, to represent itself.

These words, thus far, are extremely advantageous in our human relationships.  Of what we had wanted it to be.  This has become, particularly, true in bringing the life force universal energy closer to us.

Within the souls inside Reiki Sanctuary that have been experiencing the last ten months epitomizes words and contexts of the many years of concentrated qualities compared when we were in Hertford.  Of accomplishing in relatively little time the synopsis of tranquility.  Of a singular sweet assimilation to reach out towards human relationship.

It is the start, perhaps a delayed contemplation from the past, of something that does not finish.  Few weeks back, a friend whom I had not met for a quite awhile commented that I am acting and behaving differently.  The energy that surrounds me depicts, as if on a map, a soul of accomplishment.

A friend [AF]  :  Geez, everything about you has somewhat changed.

Me  :  That I have aged?  That I am fatter?  That more wrinkle lines visible?

AF  :  Ah, that part of sarcastic you has not changed.  Still there is the silent bitch within you that loves to whine.  Oh, put it this way, it actually still loves to bark!

[Laughter]

AF  :  No lah, there is a soul within a soul.  There's a soul yet there's none.  There's life yet it is lifeless.

Me  :  And you are confusing me.  Oh wait, you are making it sound like I am a dead man walking.  Worse, it seems that I am half a world away.

AF  :  Precisely.  In your world now, it seems to fill with nothingness.  At times, your mind seems to drift and it escapes with it a sense of calmness but your physical body emotes restlessness.

Where it didn't finish, it starts all over again.  It is all down to how our brain (seems to) works.  We accept, together with its progression to appreciate, the acknowledgement for an identifiable psychological empathy with the feelings and experiences of names.

Names are important for they are the dynamic quantum energy of words.  The packing process that brings life and awareness of the 'self'.  The symbol that it uses to represent itself and, eventually, with sounds get associated with internal labels.  At an unspecified future time, it becomes a way by which people outside of the 'self' can take reference.  Names are the label that truly refers to the 'self'.  It brings about beautiful roaring joyous sound of magical feeling and shining a sparking life.

It has shown with 'Reiki Sanctuary'.  When it knows something, what these words come to represent, she knows of its nature and how it vibrates that name perfectly.  In a small space, 'Reiki Sanctuary' possesses knowledge and the sense of self.  There was self induced oscillation of events, synchronised a point of equilibrium, occurring because of sense of words 'Reiki' and 'Sanctuary'.

There were already the events for three Reiki initiations, heart to soul human revelations and interactions and have been a home to few.  Words do have power.  Names are important for a person's identity.  It helps in differentiating others from each other.  It provides a worthy sense of self.

I belong to an online discussion forum and a chatroom.  In the world of sense of self, a language that dominates our lives, we coin a nickname to, probably, disguise ourselves behind the vision for our perfect self.  For appealing associations.  For evoking the right emotions.  Names are, naturally, very important to all of us.  The great motivator, Dale Carnegie and in his book "How to Win Friends and Influence People" said 'that a person's name is to that person the sweetest and most important sound in any language'.

The more I think about my reasons for participation, the more I feel the power of actualization that we often [tend] to live in someone else's life.  In the life of the coined nickname we picked.  In the visual world which allows our personality to represent.  The label that makes us feel safe and the symbol we, unintentionally, (re)constructing for the complex visual perception task.

At this point, we lose our true identity.  We react to our nickname.  Our brain experiences something to simulate it.  Social disintegration lies on the packaging, the packing process interprets a certain amount of stereotyping, and perhaps generalization.

Everything that is empowered will have a symbol that it uses to represent itself.  We recognise others by their nicknames and refer to them with an understanding ["the visual perception"] that these nicknames are of the internal labels.  The words [the nicknames] get associated with the internal labels and become a way by which people outside of the 'self' reference them.  Very much associated with the representation in the nicknames it held.

What sealed is one individual with two splintered energies - the coined nickname and the real name.  For some reason, the visual perception simulates personal meaning and representation committed to the names.  Over times, when we allow all the people we interact to address us by our coined nicknames, our true 'self' diminishes.  Literally, we lost in the translation process.  We double take between trademarked personality from a coined nickname and the true quality of real self.

Perhaps, this is why we always feel that friendship from online forum and chatroom lacks the display for a sound social cohesion.  Of something that can last and to surpass the strengths and weaknesses of superficiality.  Of something that can be extremely advantageous in, and for, our human relationships.  For each one of us to be universally appreciated and associated with respect.

When we have become familiar with someone with his coined nickname, it will only be right that we should start to know him [better] with his real name.  To develop and nurture the real characteristics.  It will help us to minimise the missing link; differentiating personalities and characters and to prove worthy of an individual for his right labelling and representation.

Synchronicity occurs together in a meaningful manner.  For us to reveal a rich relationship amongst us - for the cause and the effect to occur together, the governing dynamic of our names must fit within our social framework.  Names are important for a person's identity, for his true self to exist.  It gives each one of us a sense of self.  Saying someone's name, as sweet, honest and sincerity, invokes the deep joy consciousness within.  Everything that is alive creates abundance.

"Wassup"

The kind of words used to communicate with another is very powerful in shaping how we view, and judge, ourselves.  Or, in a bigger picture, how we view the world.  Words express our values and ideas.  Words reinforce our attitudes and shape our behaviour.

Words are powerful.  They can hurt just as much as being physically hit.  Words are living energy and active, sharper than any double-edged sword.  They can penetrate even to dividing soul and spirit.  Words are subtle reflection of our heart.

Unfortunately, for many of us, we allow words to become a fashion statement.  We feel 'in' when we repeat common used words.  We allow our life force energy to engage these words without realising how it can affect into our psychological auric fields.  How it will influence our dominant thought and become our attitudes.  Letting them to shape our circumstances and formed a sub-conscious perspective.

Words, when we speak or write them, carry meaning and energy from ourselves to another person or group of people.  Each word has a life of its own.  A vibratory signature that creates waves in the same way a note in music creates waves.

When asked, "How are you?" and you get a "ok lor" answer, do you feel the lose conviction in our soul?  Do you feel a sense of peace or otherwise? Is there joy or a barrage of noncommittal attitude?

Another question "So, what do you want to do next?" and the answer "Anything lor" or "Ok lah, whatever".

Imagine, when you are buying food and you tell the seller "anything" or "whatever", what and how do you expect the seller to serve you?  The same when you reply to the waitress in the restaurant.  Or your mother when she asks for your opinion?  How do we expect to be served and to get what we want?

We strive for a good, happy, peaceful and abundant life but we don't keep our words in check.  We are not letting the energy of words to infuse in us.  To become the magnet to attract all things well.  Unconsciously, we allow words to manipulate and inflame our souls.  We allow a powerful influence on the thought process and, more likely, to be absorbed into negativity.

Our words live in communities of other words and change in relations to the words that surround them.  When we are conscious of the energy behind our words, we become capable to take charge of our lives.  When we are unconscious of the power of words, we run the risk of creating disharmony and imbalance.

Our destiny is often sabotaged from the words we use.  Those words, without us knowing, that shape our world and the thought of others.  Repetition is the mother of learning and the more we empowered these words, spoken with emotional convictions [consciously or unconsciously], we become it.

Pause, and just observe, the many 'Lor' used.  Or the 'wassup'.  Feel the energy.  Feel how these words reverberate in our bodies and in the air around us.  After awhile, instinctively, we may find the vibratory impact and the level of energy they contain.

We should not blame fate when we are refusing to take charge of our daily words.  We need to, consciously, realize that words have incredible power.  They can heal or hurt, motivate or demoralize, persuade or prevent actions.

"Hey, yes, wassup?", even used amicably when someone answering your calls reflects a duality in social cohesion.   There is a subtle energy of dominance.  When this word is empowered, over and over again, it conditions the mind.  It sets the disparity, creating unconscious divisional energy  and breaks down the relational perspective for effective transactional analysis.

Abundance, and accomplishment, is said to be everywhere.  We are just a moment away from getting all that we desire.  It is our own fault when we fail to get it.  Our attitude, with every spoken words, toward our future spell the difference between succumbing to disaster or triumphing over the odds.  Words have critical implication for survival.  They determine how we act to shape our individual and collective destinies.

Words are cheap.  Don't let them be any cheaper.  Don't let them slip away not granting us with power of living.

"Ok lor, up to you now lor"
