Welcome To Reiki Sanctuary, The Blog

The Voices of My Soul

I enjoy writing. It relaxes me.
It makes me to take charge to nurture my mind and spirit.
It is far better than the burden of thinking and talking.
Writing is self discovery. Writing is a way towards my self-conviction:
I Become What I Think About. The Me I See, The Me I Will Be.

My writings are my way to communicate with the Universe.
They are my expressions of my inner voice. They are voices of my soul.
Often, they are about little prayers for my development, growth and well being.
Often, they are meant to shape my spirituality. [>> Click To Read More]

No Dimension

In many ways, life is never more precious than at the moment of death. Second only to birth itself.

Sometimes I wonder. How would my life today be should I have had taken a different course earlier in life. Should I have had taken that dream job, just after school, to be a flight steward and not to the career in the banking industry. Would the sky, its glamourous lifestyle (in the 70s and 80s) and all the travel to the different countries make a difference?

Sometimes I wonder. How would my life today be should I have had a different group of friends. Should I have had mingled with another social association and stayed with the 'atas' (elite). Would it change with the way I think or, perhaps, behave? Would it make a difference to who I would become?

Sometimes I wonder. Should I have had not moved out of my parent's place (when I was in my 20s) to venture my independence and learned to be on my own, would I have that great respect for them today? Sometimes I wonder, would a family nurture me or would it be the free will of nature that makes a man. Would it make a different to the way I feel about family values? Would I hold a different ideology for ethical and moral units?

Sometimes I wonder.  What would my world be today should there was no technology.  Should there have had been no Bill Gates.  No IBM and no Intel.  Nor a presence of love and the absence of interests for personal computers.  Should I have had not met a friend, Jimmy who was willing to teach me everything about computing.  Should I have had declined his kind offer to learn.  What will I be doing today?  How would I be spending my time, say, in the search for more knowledge?  Say, in connecting through the world wide web with families and friends?  Say, in my desire to communicate with the Universe?

Sometimes I wonder.  Should creativity be limited, should imaginations be restricted, should fantasies be confined, would there be endless desires for endless choices?  Would these limit our emotions to lessen on, say, greed, hate, disappointment or sorrow?  Would there not be a wide varieties on the fusion of processes?

Sometimes I wonder.  Should I have had given up many of my hopes, would there be a beacon of love left in my soul?  Would I get to a part of where I am today?  Would I have learned that I am stronger than I think?

Sometimes I wonder.  Should I abandon and ease off all those past events and have had taken a different path, would my life today bring more meaning to my own purpose?  Would my spirit take a different dimension?  Would my emotions make any difference today?  Would, with all that I have considered good increase, or decrease, in size, extent and range?  Will the intensity of fulfillments categorize into another form?

Sometimes I wonder.  Should I let myself to wonder.  I wish there is someone whom I could just throw myself in and shared with me about destiny - but not the way the dictionary defines it.  Not by way of the conventional wisdom.  Yes, so long as I want to believe, my life has had taken a shape not because of (as The FreeDictionary defines it):

- The inevitable or necessary fate to which a particular person or thing is destined; one's lot;

-  A predetermined course of events considered as something beyond human power or control; or

- The power or agency thought to determine events.

In some ways, we would think that destiny is our escape clause that life is all predetermined.  That all events and circumstances integrate together.  It will always going to unfold in a certain way.  Despite me and not because of me.

In some ways, should I allow myself to think that destiny has taken its free predetermined role, I would have wasted so much time making tough decisions, taking those chances to have happened.  I would not have then got to deal with my habits, overcoming those obstacles and working hard just to burst my arse to create for a 'better' life.  Hence, what is the point of working hard, taking chances, getting uncomfortable and setting goals?

The thing is, at the expense of all our wondering mind, we are our own creator.  The events, and all these courses along our journey, follow and have been dictated by how we think.  Each thought may take different path and route but the greatest voyage any human being can ever undertake is that of his own creation.

I should, and it is not another 'perhaps', admit that all of my thoughts, my behaviours, my reaction, my plans and goals in life, or part thereof, have been predetermined by my own creation.  How each event will always going to unfold into certain ways.  It is, and will be, the most destructive notion should I allow myself to think that the paths I had taken was pre-ordained and non-negotiable.

Re-creation does not bring any form of rebirth but the reproduction with conscious creativity is.  We have become desperate to change our higher force from the physical to the spiritual level.  We yearn and, continuously reaching up into the unknown, hoping to regenerate.  Hoping that a different event may have a different outcome.  Many of us live our life to remain immature and keep whimpering that we are not good enough to have all the experiences that we (should) feel.

Our world, my world, has become as it is because we allow it to be.  We let, unconsciously, the sense of guilt to prevent and impede us to implore greater possibilities.  To do more than we can.  To achieve more than we could.  We allow ourselves to feel unworthy most of the time.

The best lesson that I learn about life is to allow myself to grow spiritually and to learn to overcome my emotional blocks.   To free myself from all the fragmented forms that are being perceived as errors.  Our journey through time and space, a journey that is completed, must conspire between God and our free choice.

I am responsible for what I see.  I choose the feelings I experience and I decide upon the goal I would achieve.  Only then, that everything that seems to happen to me I ask for, and receive as I have asked.  I, and all of us, have chosen all the particular events and circumstances of our individual lives.

Our wondering mind, my wondering mind, inflicts pain from our ego choices.  All those painful events are necessary for us to learn from our darkest dreams and wove them into a tapestry of light.  Regardless of all their appearances, it will ultimately lead us to greater good.  We must have a greater insight, and awareness, that it has been our defences from our ego choices that not let us see the blessing shine in every step that we ever took.

Life here on Mother Earth is a spiritual warfare.  We are constantly fighting to produce positive results (and those whose work) and stripping away of all drama so that the physical and spiritual Self can be separated.  We have to find within ourselves the sincere need to grow, to quieten the mind and the emotions.

Everything that is around us, everything in the Universe is energy and a manifestation of energy.  We just have to learn to grow to add a quality and depth to life.

What Do You Want Me To Do

If I can't write it down, I probably can't pull it off

This should go as a footnote but I just feel that it has to be read first.  Just before I clicked on the 'Publish Post' to post this article on my blog, I was interrupted by a call from a dear friend.  We had a long chat where she shared with me about her inner feelings.  I shall not mention the exact conversational topic.

Here, there was this friend - just another person, and another human, who felt helpless in the social critical mass.  She felt that she had been abandoned.  She felt that she had been put, and in her own words, 'in a peripheral' socially.  I shared with her "that every of God's creations here on earth has a place, has a part and, definitely, shares the same equal right.  It is usually the wave of another human that casts driftwood far up on the shore."

The conversation went on and she passed this remark. "What do they want me to do now?".  At that moment, it brought me back to my writing.  It was exactly what I had entered for the title of this blog.  I told her that she was the voice of God to concur my article, at least as far as I wanted to believe.

What made it more interesting was how the call ended.  It was exactly how I ended my article too.  She said, "the lesson that I learn from this is all about respect, that I have to respect others if I want others to respect me".  For the record, this dear friend of mine recognized and walked her life knowing what 'respect' was all about.

She regained her strength when I told her that she should focus on her positive attitude.  It was this reminder that made her to feel much better and to accept the situation she was in.  The power of positive thinking would set us onward to just let go and to move on.  It was this acceptance that would make her to live in joy.

This is a dedication to some people that I know.  To some people that are truly close to my heart.  To some people who haven taken counsel from, and with, me.  To some of these people that, in their mindset, feel that I have abandoned them.  This is my writing to all of you.  This is the expression of my crying heart.  This is a writing which is filled with anxiety and yet full of uncertainties.  This is a writing from my bleeding heart and the sorrows that have filled me up.

The good thing to be surrounded with wise friends is, indeed, a great blessing.  It is a comfort.  It is a joy.  My dearest indigo friend, JH just the other day feels that I have a lot of grievances inside me.  I must admit that he is right.  I am thankful for his insight despite my everyday attempts to conceal this feeling of resentment and injustice.  I am thankful for his presence to open up the bottle and unravel a chip on my shoulder.  I honor his angelic auric of indigo presence that brings a candle of light to allow me to forgive myself.

To you, JH, I am grateful to know you.  It is people like you that makes life easier to live.  It eases up the shambling journey, the life struggles, and brings about the understanding to life that is meaningful.  You put me on the spot with your profound observation though it is probably not exactly conducive to my thoughtful responses.  Perhaps, I have been waiting for these feelings to quietly dissolve by itself, or that I could just sweep them under the carpet.  But today, I am thankful at your gentle nudge, my dear friend.

Thing is, I do not wish to live a life of hypocrisy.  I should examine myself for a very long time before thinking of making this writing.  Ralph Waldo Emerson had a saying that 'Every man alone is sincere.  At the entrance of a second person, hypocrisy begins.  We parry and fend the approach of our fellow-man by compliments, by gossip, by amusements, by affairs.  We cover up our thought from him under a hundred fold".

I am pushing away, hard on prayers, of my judgement, of what I will be voicing out here.  I am reaching for my Higher Self for this writing.  Hoping for one that is penned not with my Ego sitting next to me and with his fingers laid on the keyboard.  Life, afterall, creates many of us to believe that wrongs are not wrong if it is done by nice people.  Sadly, in all our imperfection, we think we are often too perfect and much too often, we think that we are always one above another.

The recent General Election (GE) 2011 has brought about some emotional dilemma in me.  Suddenly, from a person who has been avoiding politics, I am jostled to think.  It has made me to ponder and to reflect on the effects.  Suddenly, I feel how my outside world can impact me and to these people, directly and indirectly.

However, the issues surround the GE strike me to an unsettling feeling far beyond the election, far beyond any political powers but to the question 'What makes life worth living?'.  My grievances stem from the GE emotional dilemma that have become too personal.  I ponder upon the livelihood on those people that come to share their life stories with me.  I ponder upon the livelihood on those people who have to make their ends meet.  I ponder upon the livelihood on those people who strive to find joy in their lives.

Just like in any elections, it is always about reflections to the past and then to what can be better for the future.  No, it has nothing to do with the GE 2011 per se, instead my grief lies on all the people who are stuck in the web of their thoughts.  To the things that they do that can make life worth living.  The verb and not the noun.

I am referring to some of these people that seem to be trapped in their resistance.  Where all the negative energies are being empowered day in and day out.  Where the positive attitude is only a fool's courage and success in life is far-fetched.  I am sad for this group of people, this group of friends, this group of loved ones.

The most melancholy thing about them, and often there is so much melancholy in their words and actions, that they have simply lost so much faith, in themselves and in others.  Yes, it is always easier and comforting to say that everything starts with attitude.  But, when one is drowned in the pool of all things low and constantly flowed with fears and tears of discomfort, his attitude becomes critical.

The greatest idiosyncrasy to life is the misconception of life force energy itself.  Life is neither positive nor negative.  Life is just life.  In life, there is energy.  In an energy, there are many more energies.  It is these energies that drive us to think, to act, to do.  They are the life forces driven by our thoughts and through our sub-conscious mind.  We have to be the captain of our soul to take charge of these thoughts, these actions and organize them to work in favor towards joy.  Joy is essential to bring in the peace.

We need to have a home of belief.  We need to have the strength of faith.  We need to recognize that we are born to become a better person.  And, we have been told that our journey in life is not going to be one straight road but with twists and curves.  But, we need to know that we have the ability to control on all outcomes.  If we need to change, we must change.  If we need to let go, we must just let go.  Our capabilities are never limited but we make ourselves to think that we have very limited understanding.

The wonderful nature in life is the ability to love.  To love everything that comes right in front of us even if we cannot emote the same likeness of our emotions.  Regardless of all the colors and shapes, regardless of all the differences, regardless whether a thing is fair or otherwise.  We just have to lift it up little by little towards it.

We need problems to become a better individual.  We need pains to understand life.  The purpose of life is a life of purpose.  All that we can do is to hope that we end up with the right regrets.  Afterall, without pain there is no pleasure and without pleasure, there is pain.  Without each of them, we simply cannot enjoy life.  Without each of them, we will never know how to strife towards joy.

I have come to a stage where I have become helpless with these people who repeatedly fail to lift up their life from the doldrums.  Every story must have an ending; every problem can resolve.  One will not win when what he wants is to champion his endless dreads to life.  One can only complain so much of his distaste that he has to find his strength to change his destiny.

It is sad when one cannot see that fear is just a false experience appearing real.  It is sad if this individual will drag another person to join in his joy in his doldrums.  It can be a pain to be in bondage to the crime.  It can be daunting to be faced with repeating appeals to the same scenario over and over.  I must admit that I have, probably, refuse to lose my salvation over anything that is temporal from some of these people.

Do I abandon them?  Do I have to keep forgiving them in exchange for my sanity?  Do I have to continually put myself in the position to be hurt over and over again?  Someone said that forgiveness does not equal to being a doormat.  Nor does forgiveness even mean that we include these people in our life.  We just have to forgive what they have done, and the way it affects us.  Thereafter, we forgive ourselves for it and move on to find our peace and healing.

I am praying, we as a whole, to have the willingness to accept responsibility for our own life.  A man can stand a lot as long as he can stand himself.  We need to free ourselves from the expectatons of others, to give us back to ourselves.  We need to free ourselves from any bad and negative interpretations we think others have of us.  The willingness to accept responsibility for one's own life is the source from which self respect springs.  Only when we are able to respect our efforts that we respect ourselves.

We need to accept that our character, our values and our morals are self learned.  It does not make any rational sense to be angry, and disappointed, that we cannot make others as we wish them to be since we cannot make ourselves as we wish to be.  When we are not going to own this conviction to become a better person, it shall be our failure.  However, should these character, these values and these morals are harming us spiritually, emotionally or physically, than it is only right that we change them.

I learn that no wise men despise another human.  It is the mindset of an individual that despise himself.  People, in general, love darkness instead of the light.  They would rather live an unexamined life and wallow in it than to see the good things.  Than to see what is worth to live for.  Life is not guided with rules but choices.  If getting out of bed in the morning is a chore and that we cannot bring a smile on a regular basis, we just have to try another choice.

Self respect cannot be hunted.  It cannot be purchased.  It is never for sale.  It cannot be fabricated out of public relations.  Self respect leads to self discipline.  Only when we can have both firmly under the belt, that LIFE exits.  And, that is real power.

I know that my sorrow will continue.  I know that my grievances will never end.  They have come to me because I have had allowed them.  They have come to me because I wanted to care.  I could not violate the sacredness of my love for these people.  These sorrow and grievances will be my compensation as I am distancing myself with these people who I love so much.

Perhaps, the only thing that I can say would be 'I love you and I am sorry'.

Light Up The Light Of Life

Energy comes here and now!

This is dedicated to all the friends that crossed my path last week.  That, with all your barest souls and in the battle with each of their life, it provides us all with new meaning.  It places in our heart the responsibility towards life.  It is the acceptance for our own wrong-doings, in reflection.  It is the acceptance to be accepted for the highest good.  It should resolve our bitterness, even if it is the slightest, not to be consumed further and internally.

This is my prayer for (all names are being protected) Jan, Had, Su, An, Nn, Sid and Roh.  May the light of God lights bright in each one of you.

Many sad events sadden me.  Many sad news bring tears in my heart.  Many sad happenings make my mind wonders at the works of God.  I am drenched with sorrowful life stories.  Of how we have to face with life downhills.  How, even when one struggles to stay positive, the misery can be quite unbearable.  Yet, in all catastrophe, we are reminded that life is said to be a beautiful thing.  We are to have faith and ever to be hopeful.

The whole week, the process of listening to each of these dear friends, has been consumed by different thoughts, whispers, revelations, convictions.  Somehow, it all centered on God.  His light and His love.  His mysterious ways which we could be blind-sighted.  His omnipresence that we under estimated.

I am sure many of us often wonder whether God is right here with us.  If we are His image, why do we often feel that we have been abandoned.  Why do we not get most of the things that we desire?  Why dreams seem so far fetched?  Why does love hurt?  Why are there brothers killing brothers?  Why life can be filled with uncertainties and misery to be experienced?

Many of us know that a person can learn about life without God or a religion.  Someone who has experienced God may be looking on the entire world with wonder and joy.  But, if this experience real?  Is it useful and meaningful or just a subjective event?  It may be full of meaning to that person having it but otherwise no more practical than a dream?

Like all my friends, we shall not disown that great outsider, God.  We admit it is not His wrongdoings for our struggles.  We accepted His presence and His light.  Often that I have mentioned, life IS beautiful.  It is just our ways of doing things, the mechanics of the mind and our reactions, that complicate matters.

Our mind is rather trickery.  We know it is there yet it seems to be inaccessible.  Our whole energy remains blocked, either to our past or in the unknown future.  We forget that to every thing, there is a season and a time to every purpose under the heaven.  We often forget to confine ourselves to the present.

God will not know how to react to our choice if we are not clear with our intentions.  All life choices are about experiences.  These experiences are a divine aid to enrich our wisdom.  God loves us if only we can love ourselves.  He provides the light to all our thoughts in every life situations.

We need to question ourselves how much longer will we go on letting our energy to sleep?  To dwell for the answers when we are not fully ready to accept our own doings?  When we perpetually blame on anything else but us.  How much longer are we going to stay oblivous of the immensity of ourselves?  Of the image of God within us?

To all these friends, I have the faith in your loving souls.  It will be good, for all of us collectively, to know that a person who is not disturbed by the incessant flow of desires can alone achieve peace.  We have to take heart, truth and happiness will get us in the end.  The pains that we are experiencing is the breaking of the shell that encloses our understanding.  We just have to begin with the possible, begin with one step.  There is a always a limit we cannot do more than we can.  If we try to do too much, we will do nothing.

We have to forgive ourselves to have thought about life differently.  We have to forgive ourselves for stocking in our anger, our fears and our disappointments.  We have to forgive ourselves for not knowing our soul, our mind.

In his book 'How To Succeed', Byran Adams said "Your subconscious mind has the answer.  If you are confronted with a problem and you cannot see an immediate answer, assume that your subconscious has the solution and is waiting to reveal it to you.   If an answer does not come, turn the problem over to your deeper mind prior to sleep.  Keep on turning your request over to your subconscious mind until the answer comes.  The response will be a certain 'feeling', an inner awareness, whereby you 'know' what to do.  Guidance in all things comes as the still small voice within: It reveals all."

When we can do that, when this happens, our horizons open to new realities.  We will have the experience of God.

Let me revive my previous writing, "Conversation With God" to end this dedication to these dear friends.  With love and with all my prayers to one and each of you.

Reflection:  in Solitude, in Abundance .. Magnificent Life
Conversation With God
- A Beautiful Insight

God:  Hello. Did you call me?

Me:  Called you? No, who is this?

God:  This is GOD.  I heard your prayers, so I thought I will chat.

Me:  I do pray.  It just makes me feel good.  I am actually busy now.  I am in the midst of something.

God:  What are you busy at?  Ants are busy too.

Me:  Don't know.  But I can't find free time.  Life has become hectic.  It's rush hour all the time.

God:  Sure.  Activity gets you busy but productivity gets you results.  Activity consumes time.  Productivity frees it.

Me:  I understand but I still can't figure out.  By the way, I was not expecting YOU to buzz me on instant messaging chat.

God:  Well I wanted to resolve your fight for time, by giving you some.  In this net era, I wanted to reach you through the medium you are comfortable with.

Me:  Tell me, why has life become complicated now?

God:  Stop analyzing life.  Just live it.  Analysis is what makes it complicated.

Me:  Why are we then constantly unhappy?

God:  Your today is the tomorrow that you worried about yesterday.  You are worrying because you are analyzing.  Worrying has become your habit.  That's why you are not happy.

Me:  But how can we not worry when there is so much uncertainty?

God:  Uncertainty is inevitable, but worrying is optional.

Me:  But then, there is so much pain due to uncertainty.

God:  Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional.
Me:  If suffering is optional, why do good people always suffer?

God:  Diamond cannot be polished without friction.  Gold cannot be purified without fire.  Good people go through trials, but don't suffer. With that experience their life become better not bitter.

Me:  You mean to say such experience is useful?

God:  Yes, in every term.  Experience is a hard teacher.  She gives the test first and the lessons after wards.

Me:  But still, why should we go through such tests?  Why can't we be free from problems?

God:  Problems are Purposeful Roadblocks Offering Beneficial Lessons (to) Enhance Mental Strength.  Inner strength comes from struggle and endurance and not when you are free from problems.

Me:  Frankly, in the midst of so many problems, we don't know where we are heading..

God:  If you look outside you will not know where you are heading.  Look inside.  Looking outside, you dream.  Looking inside, you awaken.  Eyes provide sight.  Heart provides insight.

Me:  Sometimes not succeeding fast seems to hurt more than moving in the right direction. What should I do?

God:  Success is a measure as decided by others.  Satisfaction is a measure as decided by you.  Knowing the road ahead is more satisfying than knowing your road ahead.  You work with the compass.  Let others work with the clock.

Me:  In tough times, how do you stay motivated?

God:  Always look at how far you have come rather than how far you have to go.  Always count your blessing, not what you are missing.

Me:  What surprises you about people?

God:  When they suffer they ask, 'why me?'.  When they prosper, they never ask 'Why me'.  Everyone wishes to have truth on their side, but few want to be on the side of the truth.

Me:  Sometimes I ask, 'who am I, why am I here?.  I can't get the answer.

God:  Seek not to find who you are, but to determine who you want to be.  Stop looking for a purpose as to why you are here.  Create it.  Life is not merely a process of discovery but a process of co-creation. You are my co-creator.

Me:  How can I get the best out of life?

God:  Face your past without regret.  Handle your present with confidence.  Prepare for the future without fear.

Me:  One last question - Sometimes I feel my prayers are not answered.

God:  There are no unanswered prayers.  At times the answer is NO.

Me:  Thank You for this wonderful chat.

God:  Well, keep the faith and drop the fear.  Don't believe your doubts and doubt your beliefs.  Life is a mystery to solve, not a problem to resolve.  Trust me, life is wonderful if you know how to live.  Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take but by the moments that took our breath away! So start creating miracles, no matter how small they are!

When You Know, You Will Just Know

Let's make life simpler.  Afterall, simplicity is said to be a virtue.  Our acts must not evolved into complex subject matter nor the substance of our words tangled with powers of explanation.  What we feel over certain things and when these feelings postulate with our soul's vibrations, free from hypocrisy, act on them.  Honour the responsibility and move on.

Simplicity rewards itself a real and exactly what life presents to be.  There is always an accompanying peace when we dismiss the amount and complexity of things postulated.  We embrace the true nature of our soul.  We are soaked in tranquility within.  Within the nature of a tranquil peace, we find love.  Not the temporary love of passing phases but a deep sense of self respect and compassion.

Action begins with each one of us.  But do let our actions, and the intention behind them, go forth as a vendor for our soul.  Only to achieve its emancipation.  It is when we start to measure simplicity or how it can be justified or how it should be traded off, the more we are complicating synchronicity for future events.

I often answered to people 'Then just don't come' when they say Reiki Sanctuary is too far.  I have seen people lost in turmoil emotions when they do not honour their intentions.  When simpler things are manipulated.  When the truths are sandbagged to deceive or given a wrong impression.  When we want to block someone in MSN, just delete that contact.  When we do not want to be seen, don't 'Appear offline'.  When we just cannot get along with someone, or not interested in someone, don't honey coated our tongues and complicate matters.  We need to take charge of what we want and not to accessorize with excuses.  We just need to live an honest lives and avoid self inflicted perdition.

Fact is, we should purify our souls with our actions.  To free from sins, guilt or other defilement.  The more we appreciate who we are, the easier it is to see others for who they are.  We will then realize, and honour, that each one of us worthy of being alive.  Each one of us a unique being.

Simplicity leads to the higher kingdom of self empowerment.  Revealing itself many hidden power for a higher realm of knowing and communication beyond our physical body.  Everything in life, within our Universe, is connected.  One of the most important things that we need to understand is that every living thing has consciousness.  We are connected to the hidden energy of universal consciousness that permeates the entire universe and wires all of us together.

Understanding and accepting this concept - and making life simpler, is the most important requirement to achieve phenomenal peace of the mind-body-spirit connection.

Dedication: Hertford - You Will Always Be Remembered

Both of us realised that we are going through anxiety stress over the
last few weeks.  It is only natural.  Uprooting is never an easy thing
to undergo, especially when we have spent 20 years in one place.
For the last few days, I started feeling sad - not because I am troubled.  I always believe that every house has a soul and when the occupant/owner has invested a lot of energy into it, it is only natural that this soul feels 'abandoned'.  The soul knows that we will move out.
I am sensitive to the energy around me.  Naturally, the 'sad-abandoned' Hertford energy gets into me.  It is not an anger energy but a very subtle universal energy that is wishing me, on this separation, the joy to move on.  While this energy is soft and subtle, the psychological thought of moving out is harder.
Hertford is my hide-out.  My sanctuary.  I am always very comfortable staying in the house without going out, sometimes even up to a week.  Change is constant and year 2008 marks a year that we are shifting gear and changing new phase in our lives.  It is, with the GAIA vibrations, an inevitable energy shift for the two of us.

I will never look back regretting to live in Hertford.  It was a place where my spirituality took to a higher ground.  It filled endlessly with love and compassion.  It was a place, a house, that developed our character, our vision, our committment.  And there's nothing that we can trade that with something else.

Today, I shall give my gratitude to Hertford.  You have sheltered me.  You have sustained me.  You have made me to grow.  In you, I learned to trust life.  Thank You!
